About the Company

Our legacy was established in 2014.

GBDCEI was formally structured as a 501 c 3 in 2014. In 2019 we added the Mobile Entrepreneurship Leadership and training unit (M.E.L.T Bus) and the call my ride service in 2022. Call My Ride specializes in providing caring, safe, and affordable transportation to disabled and elderly communities. Children needing to take advantage of afterschool enrichment programs, homeless, young adults and anyone below the poverty level to job interviews.

The safety, comfort and satisfaction of our clients are our top priorities. Our promise to our clients is to respond to their needs expediently and courteously.

In addition to wheelchair transportation services, Call My Ride provides group outings, specialty ambulatory and pediatric transports, and our unique stretcher chair transport, which is a low-cost alternative to the more expensive ambulance services. Call My Ride employs a team of professionals to manage all aspects of our client’s experience; they are the best in the transportation industry. Our independent contract drivers depend on you for their livelihood and are therefore much more sensitive to your needs and strive to make your experience a most pleasant one.

Our Mission

Provide mobility assistance.

The mission of Call My Ride is to provide mobility assistance to the homeless who need non-emergency transportation to job interviews, the elderly, economically disenfranchised mobility-impaired, mobility-impaired and shared ride after school pick-up/drop-off service to afterschool enrichment programs and wheelchair-bound residents within these communities.

Our company strive to meet these needs by providing the best training, the highest standards of client sensitivity, quality vehicles designed for the comfort of our passengers, and superior opportunities for our Employees and Independent Contractors. We further promise in the event of any emergency conditions or disasters, to respond immediately to the needs of the healthcare community, and to our private clients, without regard to prejudice or greed, for personal or corporate gain.
